AFCAT 02/2024 Registration:

The Indian Air Force has released a recruitment notification and invites online applications for courses commencing in July 2025. This is for the grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in the Flying Branch and Permanent Commission (PC) / Short Service Commission (SSC) in Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branches. Online applications are also invited for the NCC Special Entry Scheme (for the grant of PC / SSC in the Flying Branch) and the Meteorology Branch. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online from 30.05.2024 to 28.06.2024 up to 11:30 P.M. using the link provided below. Branch-wise Distribution of Posts:

• Flying Branch: 29 Posts
• Ground Duty (Technical): 156 Posts
• Ground Duty (Non-Technical): 119 Posts

Age Limit:

• For Flying Branch (20 to 24 years as of 01.07.2025): Candidates should be born not earlier than 02.07.2001 and not later than 01.07.2005 (both dates inclusive).
• For Ground Duty (Technical / Non-Technical) [20 to 26 years as of 01.07.2025]: Candidates should be born not earlier than 02.07.1999 and not later than 01.07.2005 (both dates inclusive).

Qualification:

• Graduation in any discipline/stream with a minimum of 60% marks.

Application Fee:

• Rs. 649/- for all candidates. The fee should be paid online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process:

The selection for the AFCAT 02/2024 in the Indian Air Force includes:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)
2. Service Selection Board (SSB) Interview
3. Medical Examination
4. Document Verification

• Rs. 56100 – Rs. 110700/-
